Overview
At Wickedly Active, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC).
This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product you purchase is:

Faulty or defective

Not as described

Not fit for its intended purpose
We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless stated below.
Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a resolution.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number

A description of the issue
-
Clear photos of the item
Once approved, we will offer:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund, including shipping (where required by law)
Change of Mind (Optional Policy)
We offer exchanges or store credit only for change of mind.
To be eligible:

Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Tags must still be attached
Please note:

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We do not offer refunds for change of mind
Hygiene & Activewear Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Worn gym clothing
-
Items with signs of use (sweat, odour, marks, washing)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Size changes

Different styles (subject to availability)
To process an exchange:

Return the item in original condition

Once received, we will ship your replacement
Processing Times

Returns are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving the item

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Our policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law

You are always entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose

We do not require original packaging for faulty returns (as per ACCC guidelines), but it is preferred
